FAQ
What can I expect?

All on Friday(R) is a half-day learning program which occurs on select Friday mornings in our Round Rock office. At any All on Friday session, you will be able to observe multiple patients, who are in various stages of the All-on-4(R) process, including Surgery + Conversion.  Star Dental Lab is always onsite for maximum efficiency, explanation and communication.

Our All on Friday Program Coordinator and Implant Treatment Coordinator are available throughout the treatment session to answer questions and offer assistance to new and returning dentists interested in joining the program.

Breakfast, coffee, and a light lunch are served.

When do I need to show up?

Please arrive by 8:00am for breakfast and a brief orientation about All on Friday with Dr. Robert Naples. We request you stay until 12:00pm to observe all available steps scheduled for the day.

Which steps should I watch?

You should plan on watching all steps.  The day is arranged for you to observe all steps, however if you have a patient in the program we recommend you pay close attention to the step which will be performed next for your particular case. All on Friday is a Watch one, Do one, Teach one program – in this way, you get the best training possible for each step.

I have already observed an All on Friday session. How do I enter the program?

Please contact our All on Friday Program Coordinator, Rachel Rosenberg O’Brien at rachel@naplesofs.com to get more information about participating in the program.

How long does it take to complete the program?

A typical All on Friday program experience lasts 8 – 12 months on scheduled Fridays.

What’s the referral process?

Once you have identified a patient who would be a good candidate for All-on-4(R), contact our All on Friday Program Coordinator at 512.388.4412 to refer your patient for a free consult and free CBCT scan.

Who handles the financial discussions with my patient?

We are happy to and will collect all fees for your patient’s treatment in our office.

How do I get paid?

Once your patient accepts treatment, our Program Coordinator will schedule an appointment to deliver your All on Friday Course Binder, complete your Independent Contractor Agreement and outline how your fees will be paid and your responsibilities during their treatment.

Who handles the lab fees?

We will!  Plus, we will coordinate and handle all communication with Star Dental Lab during your patients All on Friday treatment.

My dental team can’t make it. Can I still participate in the program?

Absolutely!  All on Friday is a safe, clinical environment for patients and their practitioners.  Our knowledgeable and attentive auxiliary team is here to guide and support you during every step of your patients treatment process.
